Henry Moore: Drawing the War

Although Moore is best known as a sculptor, he was a prolific draughtsman and believed drawing to be central to his art practice and understanding of the natural world. This talk will provide a general introduction to Moore’s use of drawing before focusing in on his famous WWII ‘Shelter Series’.
