The City Sees Red: St Petersburg and Revolution
Throughout the nineteenth century, Tsarist Russia was under pressure to reform. Its failure to do so turned the city of St. Petersburg into a stage for Revolution. This talk will explore the impact of the Revolution on the city and its art.
