Review The Royal Museum of Fine Arts in Antwerp (KMSKA)

After a refurbishment that lasted 11 years (!) this long wait was definitely worth it as the stylish Flemish didn't disappoint in delivering a beautiful, entertaining and updated selection of their very best, including some new commissions which interact with the outstanding old masters in their collection in a fun and entertaining way.

All galleries are organised by theme, mixing chronology and country of origin. And with a do-able size, especially if you break in between at the lovely in-house restaurant, this is the perfect day out.

We hope to plan an AHL study trip to Antwerp soon - keep your eyes open for updates!
