Anastasia Doran

Anastasia is an Art Historian with an interest in medieval art and art preserved in churches. She is also interested in site-specific works of art in churches across time, including murals and stained glass.
Anastasia completed her MA at The Courtauld Institute, specialising in medieval eschatological imagery. Committed to promoting these interests to broader audiences in an accessible way, Anastasia views this as an opportunity to revive enthusiasm for site-specific art as many churches struggle with maintenance and remaining open. The rich material culture of these spaces represents endless opportunities for discussion.
