About the Event
The area south of the River Thames opposite Westminster and Chelsea is transforming quickly. A pivotal moment was when the Americans decided to locate their new embassy building in Nine Elms. Another important step forward was taken when Damien Hirst set up a gallery, including a cafe called Pharmacy, opposite the railway arches in Vauxhall. The area is slowly becoming a “happening place” and includes art galleries, various restaurants under the refurbished railway arches and two new tube stations. The big moment arrived when Battersea Power Station finally opened to the public in 2022.
It is definitely becoming a “happening place” including various restaurants under the refurbished railway arches and two new tube stations. Join us to discover!
