About the Event
NB Restricted groupsize and therefore number of tickets available!
This tour will take you from the optimism following the Jewish Emancipation (1791) to the darkest days of WWII. By following in the footsteps of the Yiddish-speaking Ashkenazi immigrants who settled here in the 1880s and the Sephardic North African Jews who reinvigorated the Marais after the Holocaust, Stephanie will showcase the mosaic of cultures still visible in this vibrant Parisian district today.
in partnership with Musée d’art et d’histoire du Judaïsme, Paris
