About the Event

Please note that this trip will be postponed until Spring. More details to follow!

Taking the current Corona situation into consideration we have decided to offer tours to places of considerable cultural interest and personal significance to some of our established and much loved speakers.

To ensure your safety and flexibility you will be asked to use your own mode of transportation*, and book your own overnight stay. We will ofcourse supply you with suggestions, including price, travel time etc.

The group size will be very limited and we will expect all to be fully vaccinated. A self test on our first day is highly advised, and social distancing etc in place.

The price for this trip is 185GBP pp

This will include an extensive itinerary, all entrance fees and private guiding to all locations in a small group of likeminded and familiar faces, suggestions for overnight stay and restaurants, suggestions for scenic routes and places of interest/shopping.

Your local guide to Norfolk will be lecturer and local Andrew Taylor

The trip to Norfolk will include a private tour by Andrew at Voewood House, an Arts & Crafts  house near Holt in Norfolk, not normally open to the public! A visit to Houghton Hall. A tour of some incredibly wonderful small churches. And more!

we suggest looking into booking one of the following for your stay in Norfolk:

· Blakeney Hotel. Blakeney is a charming village on the coast.

· Aylmerton (near Cromer): Roman Camp Inn

Please Note:

On offer is an itinerary and the services of a guide, referred to as activities, in line with other events Art Historical London offers .

This is not a package holiday and does not include travel, accommodation or food.

The suggestions regarding travel, overnight stays and or restaurants and any of the parties involved do not pay any commissions to Art Historical London or our guides.

You are responsible for any separate contracts with individual providers you make regarding this trip. Art Historical London and their lecturers cannot and do not take responsibility for the services by any third party used by you during this trip.

We strongly advise you to take out your own insurance or check with the individual suppliers regarding cancellation policies and Covid.

Other plans in the making: Scotland with Maria Chester

and the Cotswolds with Hattie Bennett

* Public transport would be very difficult for these sort of trips and it would depend on where you are staying. In theory it could be done with a mixture of trains, buses and taxis but it would take a huge amount of planning.
