Leadership development & team building
Using Art as a catalyst for discussion, reflection and learning.
Service Description
As AI increasingly provides summaries, interpretations and recommendations, leaders need to strengthen the uniquely human capacities of observation, curiosity, discernment and comfort with uncertainty. Art provides a powerful environment in which to practise these skills. Using art and visual analysis, participants explore how assumptions shape judgement, how incomplete information influences decision-making, and how curiosity can improve leadership effectiveness. Participants spend time with a small number of carefully selected works, practising structured observation before discussion. Through guided questioning, they explore assumptions, multiple interpretations and hidden details before drawing leadership insights relevant to their own decision-making. Designed for executive teams, leadership retreats and global talent programmes. Max group size per art historian: 15 Every experience is tailored to the client's leadership objectives, organisational context and desired outcomes.
