About the Event
The geoglyphs are located in a high arid plateau that stretches between the towns of Nazca and Palpa on the Pampa – a large flat area – 400 km. south of Lima, Peru. These straight lines, geometric shapes and images of mammals, birds and plants cannot be truly appreciated unless viewed from the sky, or via the beautiful images used by Maria Chester
NB the Nazca came immediately after the Paracas, about who Maria delivers a lecture on 17/3/23, which will be available as a recording afterwards.
