Vancouver Art Gallery virtual tour

We are looking forward to sharing more about Emily Carr and the Vancouver Art Gallery’s collection! The Vancouver Art Gallery holds over 250 works by Emily Carr, the largest collection of Carr in the world. This virtual tour, led by Fiona Mowatt and Stephanie Bokenfohr, will offer an introduction to Emily Carr and her influences, how her style changed over time and how she was part of the settler-colonial relationship of the Pacific Northwest, the places she traveled and her relationships to Northwest Coast art.

The tour will be delivered by the museum on their own platform, via Zoom Meeting

Only names on our attendance list will be allowed to join, which is why it is important to register and log in under your real name, and only once.

NO recording will be made of this event.

Tickets are only valid on the date selected, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. No creditor tickets available, however it is still possible to pay offline.

The tour will be conducted live online in Zoom Meeting - meaning you will join with your microphone and video on! Please mute your microphone upon joining to avoid noises, however at any time people can open the microphone to ask questions or comments. Questions can be asked through speaking into the microphone or writing in the 'chat' option at the bottom of your screen.
